Tips: play on 2 seperare letters to click on the notes for example dont do awsd with the notes try z,x-(left down) n,m(up right) Z-(left) X-(down) N-(up) M-(right) (This reduces cramps and it reduces your fingers pain especially making your finger move easily without getting tangled)

For me I set my speed to 2.3 so I am not crippled when I play slow song because it makes them fast Edit: I recommend you do this incase people pick fast songs. Just find a good speed for you to handle and you’ll get better over time.
