Today I'm mentioning the products I've been using to retain length on my hair journey. Your hair is always growing, but if your scalp is in bad shape, and you're rough on your ends you won't see that growth. I think these products will work whether you have relaxed hair, natural hair, or straight permed hair like me ꕤ
I briefly mentioned in the video, but my hair was chin length for a long time because I was growing my hair out from bleaching it when I had locs. Then I relaxed it before I did the JHS, so I had 2-3 hair textures going on at any given time (damaged, super damaged, healthy). I trimmed around 5 inches of hair in the past year to get rid of my damaged ends, but I still gained some length. I hope this video helps you!

hello! thank you for watching today's video! I didn't mention the shampoo I use because it's just the Garnier Pure Clean Shampoo. I'm actually hunting for a better shampoo lately 😅 Y'all have any recommendations?

I recommend herbal essences they have alot of choices that don't have protein and silicone. Or pantene pro-v they have no silicone, protein, and mineral oil. Hope this helps. 😇😇😇

@@itstawanza no problem! I was wondering what is in your hairbrush? I’m assuming it’s for shedded hair. Mine gets all over the place.

Sorry I missed your reply! You’re exactly right that they catch shed hairs to keep your brush cleaner for longer. They’re little hairbrush nets from DAISO.
