Hi from NZ Flo and Dude! I made your garlic noodles, beans and pork belly all for the same meal. Twice. My son does pro Power Lifting and needs a lot of food. 🏋️ His team coach says he has to eat 6 times a day. I told my son, he needs to get a second opinion about that! I love that your recipes are so tasty and easy and don't require tons of ingredients. Thank you so much. God bless you and your wonderful family 😄

After watching a couple hours of your cooking demos I went out and spent $170. On a wok and an 8 qt instant pot. Then another $80. at our local Asian market. The wok and pot are expected to be delivered on Valentine's Day, my 78th Birthday present to my self. I am so excited to learn how to make some super delicious meals from your teachings. Thank you, Flo!

Thank you for this compilation! I think these were atleasat a couple of my favs from the year! Nice to have them in one place to search up! I want to say thank you also for sharing these recipes and making them seem so simple. And for sharing your stories! I have actually been brave enough to try several through the year and I impressed myself and my husband. So much is just understanding what some things really are or do so you can swap ingredients if need be. I have grown up making traditional southern food by experience meaning rarely a recipe or a measurement but now that I am getting older and my older family members are gone I'm trying to start putting them on paper for the future generations. I wish I had some recipes from my youth that went to the grave with family members. Happy lunar new year at this point and yes..to a kinder and more loving America!

I have seen Chinese long green beans in the supermarket and have always wondered what to do with them could you maybe explain that one day to us and another question the the beans that you used were they your own homegrown Chinese long green bean? Keep the good videos coming all the best to you in 2021

Yes Flo! Honey and soy sauce is best for a nice sweet & sour but I add flat cocoa cola to the mix with garlic crystals. The combo is outta this world! Cola gives that rich dark color. ** Thank you both! **
