This is so easy! I tried this tonight but used chicken breasts instead! Turned out really good and my husband loved it. Way healthier than frying and better than takeout. Will make this again!

The dish you made is called "Adobo Sa Gata" (adobo with coconut milk). That's not white Adobo. White Adobo is simply made without soy sauce.

The appearance doesn't looks appetising at all. It looks like a pile of...... The green peas need to be cook for awhile to soften them up, not just throw in just to heat up for awhile. They will be hard to bite. But of course, your cooking can still impress some beginners here after all.

Ono grindz indeed. Just came home from 2 weeks on Big Island Hawai'i. Hamburger is traditional, but seen short rib, Portuguese sausage, Shredded pork, and even Spam moco. Yours looks amazing as well.

Funny, I make chicken and rice this way all the time. All I need to do is add some gravy and a fried egg and I’ll have this loco mono katsu chicken!! I look forward to putting it all together. Dude made it look and sound so good! Happy Friday, y’all…

Thank you, Flo!!! I ALWAYS season my protein directly. Whenever I see ‘professional’ chefs season the flour, etc., I just shake my head. Another tip to save on wasting flour for first coating. I use the IKEA loose tea strainer (with handle for going in to cup), and just scoop flour into it and tap it over the protein for first coating. Zero waste! This loose tea strainer also works well for dusting baked items with icing sugar. Peace to you and your family. Canadian Granny to 9!

Mother and Child Reunion, Egg smothered Chicken I would have scrambled the egg as I can't eat straight Egg White. Yolk covered Egg White is Edible, unless the Yolk is cooked hard

You have not added any spicy masala items like red pepper etc. ofcourse this very good for very young kids, certainly not for grownup dudes. We in India have lot of spicey stuff when cooking non vegetarian dishes.

I made loco moco for our get-together family dinner last sunday. It was such a huge hit! We were talking about the different flavors it had. Then we were discussing different proteins and sauses. Chicken was our first one but we could not decide on the gravy. Thank you soooo much for reading our minds. Yes, this will be sundays meal!
