I can confirm this, contacting personally is always a nice trick. I got my internship at Huawei by a referral of my friend. I spent zero hours on finding an internship, I just mentioned to some freinds that I'm open for work. Maybe this applies to finding a room to rent as a student in the Netherlands... I just realized it after watching your video, so a lot of thanks!

Idk if this works for sure but if you copy the job description and requirements for the job and change them to white I hear it puts you at the top. I’ve never had a problem getting a interview in my life while doing this.

Awesome video! Quick question: If the fancy format is the 2nd page of a resume and the classic/boring resume is still page 1, then how can we grab the 6 second attention span of the hiring manager if page 1 is still the thing that they see first? My apologies if I misunderstood something here!
