Why there is no Expressways in Tamil nadu , karnataka and kerala

Karnataka already have a expressway of 10 lane which is Bengaluru Mysore expressway Tamil Nadu is getting expressway which is Chennai Bengaluru expressway Kerala like many other states doesn't have enough traffic for expressway

We don't have one in Himachal as well 🤷Bec Expressways need High Density Expressways ,a min of 50,000 PCU Traffic Delhi mumbai Highway had a traffic density of 80,000 PCU Then only after that Delhi Mumbai Expressway was Constructed
