Ingredients

5 tablespoons powdered sugar
250 grams of butter
1 yolk
1 egg
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
Sift the flour and sugar. Incorporate the butter and the yolk and knead until integrated.
Make balls of 2.5 centimeters in diameter with the dough and flatten them in the center. Brush with the beaten egg and add the sesame seeds.
