That fruit thing when it tastes like garlic/onion happens because if you cutted garlic on the cuttingboard the same day, or even a few days ago, it sort of stains the cuttingboard with garlic ✨juice✨. And then when u cut fruit on the same cuttingboard it absorbs the onion-juice and that’s why it tastes wierd 😅
