1-tick prayer switching really isn't too hard, and solves many spawns all on its own. If you're sound-oriented like me, the plugin you want is called "One Tick Flick Metronome". You switch prayers on the metronome beat. You're safe to switch prayers as soon as the monster's animation starts. Also, practicing in a Zuk simulator shaved literally two months off my Inferno cape grind. No exaggeration.

1 tick pray switching is not as easy as people say it is....

@@tsbmonkee Get to wave 4 of inferno, turn off auto-retaliate, and practice prayer switching against the blob. Don't leave until you've got it. Turning sounds on, especially the plugin I mentioned, helps out a ton.
@antons72102 ай бұрын
While you can certainly get away with flinching the mobs, I think it's far more important to just learn how to flick the mage/range + blob stack and the mager + ranger stack. 1-tick flicking is not that hard once you learn the timing, helps to use tools like a metronome. Also to save prayer you can use these skills to lazy flick the mager and ranger. I was a noob at flicking just days ago, after a few days of practicing it in the inferno I'm actually pretty confident with it. What really takes skill is learning how to off-tick and flicking in panic situations lol

Hey mate Trying the inferno now. I find it hard to solve the waves fast enough to stop the stray nibblers from killing all the towers. Also running out of supplies in the later waves when 5 things spawn at once from every direction. I guess I’ll just keep practising

I think the most important thing to understand to get infernal cape is. Understand what game tick is and know where to position.

Just a friendly tip, if you're making a tutorial video where you reference "this tile here" maybe don't make your character invisible?
@ExtileYT7 күн бұрын
Just a friendly reply, if you're writing a comment starting with "just a friendly tip" make sure that it's friendly and not immediately contradictory with passive aggression! I'm sorry about that, the player outline tool has been a great tool for showing where my character is while also being transparent for some other helpful visual aids.
@JohnPaul-oq6ud7 күн бұрын
I didn't mean for it to sound passive aggressive. Was just trying to help. I found myself focusing more on which tile you were standing on rather than the content. Maybe I'll just cut out the "friendly" bit next time

@@FukoHasStarfish The inferno ca’s require you to perform a Jad skip, melee all waves except Zuk and get a 65 min completion. To do some of these you have to be able to 2 tick alternate. Watching this video it is blindingly obvious that this guy struggles on easy waves. Believe what you want, but anyone capable of those ca’s does inferno in their sleep and doesn’t leave on wave 50. Don’t really care about being rude, if you lie about your skill level to try and make your video seem more credible then expect to get some people that know what they’re looking at calling you out on your bullshit. 😘
@FukoHasStarfish6 ай бұрын
@@Noneyabeez7 Jad skip is honestly not that difficult. You can cheese melee only inferno with bulwark as long as you are capable of the mechanics necessary for completing a normal inferno. Look at people cheesing consistent clears farming colosseum with bulwark, same thing works in the inferno. I'll be honest, I'm not at the skill level required, nor do I have the knowledge for a 65 min completion so I won't argue with you on that one. But for the most part the inferno CAs are overblown and gatekept the same as all of the other aspirational content in the game. None of the information or tips this guy is giving in the video is crappy advice. It might not be how you want or think people should do it, but the advice he's giving is still valid. You're just being combative over points you can't prove simply because he left on wave 50 which is ridiculous. After I get the pet and CAs I would do the same if I were in his position.
@Noneyabeez76 ай бұрын
@@FukoHasStarfish not saying this is bad advice. Although if you want to actually get a cape you’re better off learning inferno properly, probably quicker. All I’m saying is that it’s obvious this guy is lacking the skill required to complete inferno ca’s. Not just the fact that he left on wave 50, though that is a red flag. His clicks and swaps are not consistent with high skill players. Igaf if you bought your shit, most people do on this game. What I don’t like is when people try to get away with pretending they did it themselves. It’s always super obvious when they do and quite pathetic. Feel free to disagree, I’d imagine he hoped most people would be like you and be incapable of noticing the inconsistencies in his gameplay :)
