Nice video. I gotta say as a former carpenter of 18 plus years stick framing homes in the Pittsburgh area, I’m impressed. Not only do you do an outstanding job working on vehicles but thru the videos you also know your way around stick framing as well. Keep up the great work. I look forward to future projects.

Thank you! Probably the 5th thing I’ve framed! I appreciate the in-site from a pro!

Try adding roofing tape to the corners to keep everything air tight. And you might want to seal the plywood to prevent any air leaks

Booth is looking great. Excited for all the good stuff you can get done with that booth

I was just thinking about your setup. You might want to think about making the hole for the exhaust a little smaller, and run some tubes down around the room for exhaust as well. Because any paint that is air borne has to go across the room to the exhaust. So anything in way is going to get painted again.

You need to put in an access door for your fan above the filter wall. Not only to install the fan but for future access to the fan...

I would personally seal the whole booth. That way It's only pulling through the filters you don't want dust coming in.

How many paint jobs to cover the cost of the booth
@ryan2546 Жыл бұрын
I think we’re at about $3500 in lumber and drywall, $900 for the fan, $700 for the doors and windows, $1000 for electrical, I’d say $1000 on nails, caulk ect. It’s turned into a way bigger project than expected but it’s also holding me up big time that it’s hasn’t been done
