These 'well-behaved' prisoners get furnished apartments as prison cells

In this special report, we visit the semi-open jail of Tihar complex where prisoners get to live in a building located in a sprawling green complex and have all necessary facilities inside their apartments. Twenty prisoners have been selected out of the thousands in Tihar Jail to be moved to this facility which is called a semi open prison for obvious reasons. Prisoners here get facilities like a television, radio, air-cooler, kitchen equipment and recreational materials like carom board, chess set etc. (Audio in Hindi)
