Just made this tonight for my parents. I added extra cheese in the sauce. I made lime cilantro rice and refried beans with melted cheese on top and I sliced avocados and red onion like you, on a plate on the side with lines and lemon slices. Sour cream sauce is my favorite sauce for enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas etc. I make this sauce all the time but I’ve never thought to put cream cheese in it. Thank you for opening my eyes to new possibilities.

Yep. A little cream cheese in a lot of sour cream sauces brings it up to the next level. Adds a nice richness to it. I cook a few different cuisines and it's almost universal for that in my experience.

@dcortez94 great!!! I usually do red sauce but, that white sauce was good. No need to dip the tortillas though. It's so messy. Just put sauce on the bottom of your baking pan instead.

Google the recipe for SIX SISTERS STUFF and the recipe is exactly how I make it, honey lime chicken enchiladas. I make it all the time but it does not freeze well unless you use corn tortillas, flour tortillas get really soggy. I prefer flour if I’m just serving it the same day. 😋
