I found an easy way to install the 210 O-Rings. Put the cap plunger in a vise (Just snug enough not to slip) with the hole on top. Install the trigger valve stem in the hole The stem won't move. Us e two straight O-Ring tools at right angles the the vise jaws and pull the O-Ring straight down. I used tool lube on the O=Rings., Stretches enough and goes right on. Your video was very helpful. I followed it step by step. My nail gun is around 25 years old. Works great now, thanks.

Joseph Adams thank you for the helpful hints. They dont make them like these anymore. I just hope they last just as long as this time around as the did the first time. Parts are getting harder and harder to find. Enjoy the new life in your tool. it should serve you well. Thanks for watching

Odd they don't make their "O" rings from the same type material that vehicle transmission "O" rings are made from. Then they would harden up so easily. But then they couldn't sell them at a huge profit either.
