The petitions before this were addressed to crawlee to give him and other prisoners some basic rights as Political Prisoners 2. When he got free, he had 20 years of Jail Remaining. Due to him meeting Gandhi and working for betterment of Intercaste relations in Ratnagiri. His jail was increased to 30 years. He is quoted to have said, why didn't they increase Gandhi's protection (after he died), and sources say that after 10 minutes of him saying so, the police came outside his house to arrest him just because he was in the Hindu Mahasabha (he was party head and Godse was a party worker) Then when Liaquat Ali Khan came to visit India, savarkar was sent to probition jail, for 30 days BUT WAS LET OUT AFTER A 100 Ab bata bhai, jis bande ne caste system ko khatm karne mai, aur bhagat singh and bose jaise krantikariyon mai aag lagane ka kaam kiya, uska naam lete hee tum ghatiya logon ko ghin aati hai Shameless people of India, who don't recognise Savarkar as their own

INA was the true definition of India's religious diversity as well as it's ethnic diversity where soldiers starting up from North West Frontier to North East India joined together which had muslims Sikhs Hindus all together. Infact the battle of Kohima was fought mainly by the nagas and Indian National army against the British Indian army. INA liberated andaman and Nicobar Island as well. SCB was a leninist and was much inspired by October revolution. Infact Bose appealed to his followers multiple times to disrupt any gatherings or meetings of Hindu mahasabha or RSS or All INDIA Muslim League in kolkata. He himself said that this three organization has no goal to make India independent rather fulfil their own selfish goal. He was the one who could have stopped India's partition in account of INA's religious diversity. The last comrade he choosed on his final trip from Saigon to Taipei was a indian muslim soldier of ina Habibur Rahman. The indian who fought for the case of INA soldier in British Indian court was Shahnawaz Khan. If bose didn't die in the plane crash, he had the full potential to stop India's partition. India's partition was signed by UK's prime minister Cleamente Atlee and the Idea of dividing india based on religious borders was criticised by USSR too. It was after Japan's defeat, bose was in the way to meet stalin of USSR to continue his ina till he died in plane crash. The reason we idealise is because he could understand the betterment of india and clearly said democracy is not fruitful for a country like India in its initial days where there's such rampant illiteracy. He clearly said in first initial days of india requires a progressive beareacratic Government not democratic one running by appeasing people and letting them stay illiterate and ignorant. The similiar trend was seen in south korea too where the first initial days of south korea was a beareacratic Government and once south korean population became literate and aware, the government transformed into democratic one. Bose might have banned all right wing organization like RSS, Hindu mahasabha and all india muslim league. The ina soldiers were called Sher-e-Hind (lion of Hind).

I love Savarkar as a freedom fighter almost as much as I do Bose, but this is factually incorrect. Savarkar did not care for Hindu religion. He wanted to abolish ALL religions and call everyone in India as Hindu irrespective of what religion they followed. Given this, he would equally have been disappointed with militant Hindu nationalism as he was witnessing the forced conversion in port blair jail.
