Cellular senescence is a fascinating process (which is why I chose a lab that researches it for my PhD :D), with both beneficial and detrimental consequences. A recent study which I describe here shows a connection between melanocyte senescence and the induction of telomere dysfunction in nearby keratinocytes which is associated with epidermal atrophy. This increased with age. Using a senolytic in a human 3D culture model they were able to reduce this affect.

Can you please do a video about the OneSkin science? 🧬They claim to be a senolytic for the skin.

Wondering if this would only prevent or also treat skin aging.

Is water fasting the most robust way to clear senescent cells? Or do the supplements like quercetin do a better job?

Can you tell us more about ABT-737? Is it taken orally or is it a topical lotion? Thank you for your many educational videos.

I second this. Have they tested this en vivo? In humans?

For about six months, I've had an undiagnosed skin condition (4 doctors don't know what it is but think not cancer) on my face and now neck that is now starting to look like the drawing of senescent cells (each about 1/4" across so very visible without a microscope) here: static.scientificamerican.com/sciam/assets/Image/26_10_17-feature-graphic-zombie-cells.jpg. Have you ever heard of them becoming that giant?
