Lizzie should do a channel for parents where she reads children’s story books. Her voice would put a person into relaxed mode fast. She’s got a great ASMR voice.

Really got a sense of how much strength it takes to lamb out those big big lambs. Loved your comment about the ewe being "so mental"! You are so patient and understanding with both Fern and Meg. And I loved seeing that train, really going fast through the crossing compared to what we see here in rural Maine USA

That was a big lamb. If I may share with you something I used to do when birthing livestock. If you have both legs and the head or shoulders, you can pull one leg a bit further than the other, then do the one that's back. I call it seesawing. It actually gives you room to manipulate the lamb. Your helpers/Shepardresses are really doing well. Love your videos.

Fern being so excited to work the sheep but then TOO excited to work the sheep gives me a little giggle every time😭she’s not too bad when she puts her thinking cap on but bless her big sheepdog heart :,) I love watching border collies work, I just love their work ethic, they are always so willing to please. Forever my favourite breed of dog!! Can’t forget those beautiful eyes, they switch from the classic collie stare to big puppy dog eyes in an instant lol. Such lovely pups! I admire how you handle the dogs, sheep AND the people around you. You’re always so understanding, calm and patient and it’s wonderful to see. I love seeing life on the other side of the fence, makes you realise that all the random fields of sheep you drive by have an incredible amount of time and care put into them and the job is harder than most people think. Thank you for educating us!

@@TheSheepGame used to love going there. They had a country music festival every year at the end of season that we went to. When Haven took over the camp the country music festival went on but it was never the same. Butlins had it as a secluded event, heaven didn’t they just rented the camp out to the country music club. They got more and more stingey every year about keeping up their end of the rental agreement. People ended up having to clean their own caravans… well ok it’s cheep holiday at least 🤷🏻 then they started running out of food in the shop so people had to bring their own groceries. It’s the year they ran out of beer that was the final nail in the coffin. No one like that.

Loving Lizzy cam - is there any chance Lizzy could do a brief segment detailing how to sit down a sheep? I'm only little and my partner went and rescued some Aussie white lambs that are now massive and require shearing. The first was ok because she thinks she's a dog and just stands still. The second thinks she's a goat and is proper mental......

Fern is so eager to work! She looks like she just wants to make you proud by doing a good job! Herding breeds are amazing! I have a Corgi who is just a family member and is not used for herding, but she has the instinct as we have seen her try to herd other dogs and even people sometimes which is fine except with Corgi's they bark when herding so it's pretty noisy! So at least your girls are quietly disobeying you!
