I believe the pegs on the geiral's shoulder armor is to use with an included adapter piece to make them proper shields for the kit, the piece should be on the same runner that the shoulder armor pieces were on.

seth p The Scharfrichter shoulder hinge part can be removed and replaced so it's parallel to the surface of the shield; a separate included handle part on the runner can be plugged into the hole between the stored claws to make it into a conventional, hand-held shield.

Also, the Option Set 8 parts should have included 2 small clips with pegs in them; they advertise these for use with the Lupus Variable Maces, *but* they work perfectly with the Scharfrichter's small Pickel weapons! Just plug the clip into the top of the shoulder and attach the Pickels! Easy!

if ya still cant figure it out about what the head looks like I think it might be based on one of those baskets or woven hats some monks wore while on a pilgrimage and agree those option kits were not really a good idea for most

You can store the smaller picks in the slots on top of the shoulder shields, using the small clips that are usually used for holding weapons (if that makes sense... sorry for the wordy description)

Lol... "I just kinda have to have it all...you know" .... Gotta Build Em All Shoky! Also I prefer the Land Man Rodi than the regular space type not just because of the color, but the bulk added to the leg makes more proportionate to the whole body!

Are there any spare parts included with either of these kits? It’d be cool to know if the standard head or shoulder armor of the Geirail or legs of the Man Rodi were still on the runners.

ShokyReviews I bought a set for myself and mine does have lens for the standard Geirail Head. It’s molded in translucent red! Gonna have a fun time with all the options for these kits. Thanks again for the great review!

You misspelled "Geirail" as "Geiral" in the title, so I couldn't find this video in the search bar! Luckily I got the notification, lol. "Scharfrichter" does mean "Executioner"! Actually, the back hover unit is supposed to be painted in the darker Khaki color, rather than the pale Deck Tan shade.

Oh yeah, and the head shape plus use of pickaxes gives me the vibes of a farmer! The rice field worker hat definitely lends itself to that, but the huge shoulder Claw Shields give a different impression.
