Donny Osmond may be one of the most underrated performers of his generation. His voice is so crisp and bright - his enunciation makes it so easy to listen and understand the words, so you can concentrate on the emotion he expresses. Just lovely.

You are absolutely correct. If you know anything about Donny Osmond it is that he suffers from depression and anxiety. Much of this is attributed to the fact that he is an absolute perfectionist. Unfortunately he has suffered with this all of his life which is what makes every performance of his absolute perfection. Much like this scene...his own personal imprisonment and torture means we get to enjoy his beautiful and perfect performances.

This song, specifically Donny's performance of it, has such a deep and powerful message for all children of God. Donny bares his soul to each one of us in every word and note! This isn't a fluke or a once in a lifetime- he put in the work, developing himself to match the intensity of this song.

I saw him in concert last week in Niagara Falls, he's really an incredibly talented performer. I agree, highly underrated. I greatly admire his and his family's decent, clean living values. Not a drug addict or drunk among them. In Hollywood they would be considered squares, but they are a very talented, admirable family.

This song hurts me so dang much. When I was a child, we performed Joseph for our year 6 end of year play. One of my greatest friends at the time played Joseph. He sung this with such emotion, such tenderness that he made our music teacher almost cry. That same boy passed away near the end of secondary school from cancer. Ever since, I've never listened to this without thinking how much effort he put into that performance. I won't lie, it makes me emotional just to think of it. I hope he's resting well.

My theater company is putting on Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and I've learnt that they typecast the shows beforehand with the "stars" of their company. So I know I'm probably just gonna get an ensemble role because there's not that many supporting roles in this show. I was gonna do the prologue because I was gonna audition for the narrator and see what happens. But honestly this song gives me literal chills and Donny Osmond is so talented, I think I wanna do this song instead. If I know I'm probably gonna get an ensemble role anyways, I might as well do a song I like.

What makes Donny underrated is the fact he has no drama - private or otherwise. During a time when actors/singers/rich were doing scandals of every kind. Now during a time when everyone is an expert of everything and everyone has access to media, it is rare to become embroiled in one big enough to draw ALL attention of the internet world wide. The Johnny Depp/ Heard trial changed the that in this age. Even with Pitt/Jole Lee trial coming up, it will not equal the Depp trial Donny unfortunately faded into obscurity - few people know he voiced Shang in Mulan (singing voice)

Elvis made an impression on the Osmond Brothers while both were performing in Las Vegas, long ago. He was the one who suggested they wear matching outfits. I didn't realize, until much later, that their clothing helped to keep them safe. One show girls were trying to pull Donny off the stage. Merrill bent down and pulled him back up by the big sturdy belt he was wearing.

Which is weird because he is from Utah. We don't say Ts to save our lives.

Donny has been my favorite since he was with his brothers. He's sooo talented, good looking and humble. Definitely underrated and that is truly sad. Wish I would have seen him perform in this!
