I really appreciate a black man that has the strength and integrity to tell the truth about our community
@earlinebeaman6842 жыл бұрын
I am really tired of hearing this conversation. If Black men were going to change they would have done it by now. Stop begging Black men to do what is right. They know what it takes to be called a man. They know how broken they are, so if they don't want to heal then just leave them alone, change the subject and move on with your life pursuing your own womanly dreams. It is not written in stone that a Black woman has to be with a Black man. Pursue your options. There are other Black men on this planet other than this group you keep dealing with if you just have to have a Black man. Do not lower your standards to appease these type of men. They tell you to choose better so do that then, choose better.

Listening to you it’s obvious that your messages are meant to hit men first, and women second. For any man that thinks your channel is meant to pander to women he is likely pretty broken. That part you mentioned about leadership was a major key, because whether you agree with the antics of the online gender war or not, one must admit you Cannot lead if you believe someone else is in control of your results/outcomes. If the BW is responsible for the state of the union of the black community as a whole then that’s an admission of BM subordination. I don’t believe that’s true but following the manosphere’s logic, that’s one of their beliefs. Either you lead and take responsibility for the bad and good outcomes or admit you are not the leader. However, both cannot coexist. When you serve in leadership roles you understand this premise very well.

A man has the expertise of being a man. He understands being a man the best. Men can give us some information but only another woman with experience can actually inform us about being a man. A woman can't tell a man everything about being a man because she doesn't have that experience. It's only right for men to be the main focus of a man. No matter what is happening a man must find a way to take control of his own destiny. That's the difference between a man and a boy.

I appreciate you for calling out how we condition young boys to be womanizers from a young age. When young men (18-25) actually want to be in a more steady dating stage with a young lady we tell them to not want that, but then berate young women when they cannot find a stable partner. Of course she can't! We have socialized the young men (who would be her natural counterpart) to not want the same things. That causes the disconnect.

A black man can not be helped with lies about how he comes across. Malcom X said a man is judged by how he treats his woman. So if you are known for treating your women the worse and leaving your own blood to struggle who will show you respect?

I really wish our community could come together and heal. I’m so drained by all of the black man vs. black woman competition and hate that we have for one another. Black men seem to really hate us which caused us to become more masculine to protect ourselves. Yes, black men have been through a lot and so have we as black women. We have always been right out there on the frontline with black men, even though after slavery they started to divest to white women and other races of women. They forgot about us and our pain just to chase whiteness which is deep rooted self hatred. I grew up watching the women around me be loyal to their husbands who in turn abused them physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. That trauma has caused us to become masculine in a certain ways. Do black men think that we want to take on a masculine traits? No! We did it out of necessity. I love to rest in my femininity but not many black men allow room for that. I refuse to come home to a war zone so if that results in my being single until death, I’m okay with that. I saw and still see how a lot of black women are treated by our own men. I know not all black men are abusers but honestly the majority are! Yes, some black women are horrible people, too but the majority of women are not. I keep seeing black men say that it’s us but their relationships with other races fail also. Have black men thought about why? The good black man is rare so when I hear them say to choose better, I wonder how? Especially, when most of these men bamboozled us into a relationship just to be what they said they aren’t. We need healing but to be honest I don’t see it happening in my lifetime or maybe ever. 🤷🏽♀️

Wholeheartedly agree. BW have Stockholm Syndrome-still seeking love & validation from your abuser/captor/oppressor. BW just need to quietly exit this environment and let the chips fall where they may. It’s a sad reality but, you can only be a loyal punching bag for so long. There shouldn’t be a “war” between black men and women, I think we just need to PEACEFULLY go our separate ways from one another since nothing positive rarely seems to happen when we’re together…

You asked why people are hating on you for promoting the right things. It’s because people are following the devil and your words sting. Simple as that. The Bible says you can’t serve two masters, so many folks are out here following the devil by default. They don’t know why your words sting and they don’t realize it’s because they’ve been on a bad path. They just know hearing the truth is painful to them. As for the black men who are exploiting black women issues for profit, the basic Bible lesson is, you can’t remove the speck from their eye until you remove the beam from your own. Critique and fix yourself before you attack the flaws in someone else. Many men want to continue playing that game of benefits without commitment. All this discussion is just a cover.

Maybe you can start doin gvideo titles that draw in more BM, like How To Lead as a BM. Or "Dictating Vs. Leading Women in the Community". A lot of men think just telling women what they want them to be and be like is "leading" but that's just dictating. Leading is when you gain the TRUST of your followers and inspire them to want to listen to your advice. A lot of men in the manosphere don't understand what it means to lead by example. They want us to be respectful to them, but BW are just following their lead in their disrespectful attitude toward them. However BM behave toward BW, BW will definitely match the energy, because BW follow their lead naturally.
@ktpris57542 жыл бұрын
There definitely is a lack of BM leadership and alot of BM blaming BW for every issue under the sun. Real leaders take accountability for results--they don't blame their people. But then, I guess that's how we got into this mess in the first place...BW had to step up during a dearth of BM leadership and now BM are mad at them for doing so. But wasn't their own moms doing so to take care of them??? It's wild.
@klnj97142 жыл бұрын
@@ktpris5754 I agree. And that's why I encourage BW to refuse to take the lead in any change. Refuse to be the bigger man. Refuse to be the role model. Refuse to fix anything, unless you're helping a BM who has already taken the lead in fixing it. We need to be exactly what they have asked us to be... followers of *their* lead. If their lead is to date interracially, kiss up to nonblack men, never speak up for us, engage in petty fights online with the opposite sex. I say we do the same. (I mean we shouldn't follow any masculine mannerisms, ofc, but in so far as reflecting back whatever is the feminine equivalent toward them). It's better for them than if we try to set the example for them, because that's just going to lead to the same gender displacement, we've always had. They finally need to swim or sink once and for all. The community needs to be exactly what the men make it to be. Nothing more, nothing less. That is being the follower we women were meant to be with men, and letting them be the leaders they were meant to be with us. If they act right, BW too will act right too. That's how I see it anyway.
@EdenSophia1182 жыл бұрын
@@klnj9714 If we do that, we are doomed. BW are already the leaders in the homes and in the communities. We are the ONLY women on the planet who live in a Matriarch Society. The same rhetoric they are saying today, they were saying 60 years ago.

@@EdenSophia118 We would not be doomed as individual women. The dual-sex community would be doomed. We will still be a community as BW who prioritize, protect, and take care of each other as BW, but we cannot successfully lead a dual sex community... it's already doomed. A dual-sex community is nothing without it's true leaders, and until they decide to lead an initiative to heal it, I say let it burn sis. Women have to become masculine to lead a dual-sex community, and I think we've learned our lesson on that one. If you ever feel uncertain, just listen to Usher.

We are a people that don't know how to build sustainable fulfilling relationships, and repeat our defeating history over and over. Then we blame the other, try again and fail again cause we refuse to look within. What you like is not working for you, how you feel is attracting what takes you down. Please understand that two people having kids together does not mean they'd work well together as husband and wife. My parents did that and argued with each other for most of the marriage. They stayed together as long as they did for the sake of the kids, which was a big mistake. We were put in the middle of everything (not intentionally on our parents' part). And, even though we all lived under the same roof, we stopped doing things as a family. It was always us and mom doing things together or us and dad doing things together, but never all of us doing things together anymore. By then it had gotten to the point where they no longer argued, but, unfortunately, they no longer talked to each other either, except to say good morning or good night or if it had something to do with the kids. It was a very awkward and stressful situation, and sadly enough, I was actually happy when my parents separated. We still saw and/or talked to our dad every day after he moved out, so nothing changed on that front. He was still our dad and was still there for us, he just didn't live with us any more. I say all that to say this: Please think carefully before encouraging people to get married because they might not be right for each other.

Just keep in mind, whenever you're doing right, there's always opposition. There are more wicked people in the world than there are Godly people. You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. Bible: Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it (Matthew 7:13).

Most people don't want to hear the truth. Our society looks for instant gratification at any cost. Your message is spot on but it is easier to lie, cheat, hide and steal at the end of the day many people don't want to work towards being their best selves. Truth and transparency makes people feel vulnerable. I love your message please keep it up. You are light years ahead of men in your age group your audience will find you. Thank you for being willing to speak the truth.

You want to know why it's because they are weak men and you should not apologize for that. It's the God in you that telling our community what's in your heart just keep telling it and your blessings will kept on going. Thank you for sharing.

There are men concerned with building their community and there are those who are focused on building their egos and protecting it,being right, etc and you and those like you sir are the former. It's is truly refreshing and as a woman it automatically makes me want to do better too; that is how leadership and inspiration work. I have subscribed!

@@ashasun6620 True, but they have no power. They're just echo chambers for how the men feel, that's their hustle. They don't actually transform anyone's views, they just feed them back, to make a coin and get male approval. She inspires hatred toward us, where as Shumake actually inspires me to feel a bit more gently toward bm.

Just to encourage you and say happy holiday and thank you for speaking out to the man and on behalf of the women as a man who has been converted to a gentleman that you are God is really going to bless you and use you in many capacities to be a living example that a black African-American man can be a gentleman inside out your heart not bitter mad and angry and giving your testimony will free you and make you a great man and God's eyes and in the sight of people God is going to favor you to be a awesome husband one day soon that is my prayer for you I am a servant of the Lord as a minister and a woman of God but also a a queen represent where the real woman is I am dedicated and faithful I will not settle so I know the things you speak are true wear many hats and many testimonies from the pulpit on down fear with the world and the nation and that is what I'm doing by seeing people get healed but also their minds need to be healed from damaged in childhood hurts both men and women stay encouraged and keep up the excellent Job!!!🙏🙌❤️
