I mean that's largely because Dom (and other costreamers) aren't on the official broadcast trying to commentate the match to millions of people. Casters are going to miss things or misspeak on things in the moment because they're trying to keep the energy of the moment going. I bet Azael wasn't sure if it was fail smite or not paying attention to the other champs and thinking of how to commentate the situation and he just said what he thought in the moment which was understandable. Only after I watched it a 2nd time here did I notice that it was a fail smite onto Crisp and not the drake.

I think the drafts went the way they did because they are preparing for T1. It's almost like on-stage scrims, showing what they can do against the bullshit bot lane picks.
