Hi, Sylvia! Wow, that soup looks amazing! I would never have thought about roasting the tomatoes in the oven as well, but I am sure that roasting everything really brought out the flavor. I am sure the vegetable stock added flavor as well. I like texture, so I would definitely want croutons with my bowl of soup. Thanks for sharing!

Hi as godgeous as this looks i detest onions! I know mant dishes. Soups especially need them. Could it be made withiut them or possibly using a little bit of onion powder maybe? Just so the base is there but not the actual taste. BTW those chunky croutons look amazing with it. Thank you ❤
