Sims needs to recognise more family relationships. If someone is your aunt, they're not a stranger or a friend, they're your aunt. Whether you like, dislike, or scarcely know each other, they will always be your aunt.

Hmmm, what if Ambrose as a teen moved out with his Aunt Trash and they were the household for Eco Lifestyle? Like people found out about his alien roots and Bob as a scientist was under investigation for clone murder so Trash took Ambrose to Evergreen Harbor to keep him safe? That way we have an actual Bigwallet and The Name pun of Trash.

If you *really* want Grim to be part of the family tree (though technically, it wouldn't be part of the Bigwallet family line since Trash isn't a Bigwallet), then you can add him the the household, un-equip the hidden grim reaper trait, woohoo, and then take a pregnancy test to ensure conception. And if you want him to stay the actual Grim Reaper for the save afterwards, you can re-equip the grim reaper trait and remove him from the household. Seems a bit complicated, but probably easier than creating ambrosia from scratch.

i have already commented this on the last episodes and on twitter but try replacing your roommates appliances (like fridge, stove...). because you gave them the worst and they actually make them feel uncomfortable. i guess the game detects that the roommate is uncomfortable a lot without looking at the cause. this might make them move out

Plus my husband is the only one working and he works constantly as an essential worker at a grocery store and I feel bad not having a job. You couldn't add Grim before because there weren't enough beds, the sims counts the robot (and even pets) as needing a bed so there weren't any to spare for new roommates. DrGluon had the same problem other day!

I just had a thought, what if the "write research paper" option or whatever it was that disappeared is only available for sims that are enrolled in university? because I think it disappeared when Bob was working as a professor... it doesn't really matter anymore because the focus of the series has shifted but maybe that's it. or just another bug lol

I really hope they sort the roommate/bed situation out soon. It seems you really do need a single bed for every Sim - household, (including toddlers and pets), and roommates, which is ridiculous! I guess, in James's case it wasn't that he had too many Sims, but he had too few beds!

Don't you have a ton of death flowers from making the ambrosia? Gifting them to a Sim ages them up and gifting them to a senior Sim doesn't end well. So gift the clone a few flowers. Maybe even possible to take the gift from their inventory afterwards.

Ooooh man -- that was a close one! I was wondering if Grim being able to move in as a roommate was real or just an urban legend for a while there. But nope -- just had to kick somebody out, and voila! One Grim sleeping in our townhouse! :D How awesome is that? :D And all it took was the death of one glitchy clone. XD Poor Darrell, we hardly knew ye. . .you were nothing more than a means to an end your entire life. First a work goal to complete, then a convenient sacrifice to summon the Reaper. *pats him* Perhaps one day you shall be resurrected. . .but probably not, given I'm a few days behind and have already seen James moving onto Eco Lifestyle stuff. :p

You should put that secret base game bookcase door in the hallway of the roommates house connected to Bob's tech room on the very top floor so that you can lock it at all times until you want the robot to go over to fix things and clean or if you want Bob to go over to make some moves on Elsa, you can just unlock it for them. You could also put one downstairs if you could make it work somehow and do the same thing. Just because it takes forever to do it in the front it seems like, just less of a hassle and plus it's put to a good use.

Blind as a bat as usual. You click on the option that has a light bulb beside it if you want him to brainstorm. Tinkering had a light bulb beside it. He needs to be focused as well. And unless it changed since the last time I played Scientist, you can get it when they are doing mundane tasks, like reading, taking a shower or even going to the toilet while focused. AW! I met Little Lady Bigwallet just recently! She looks so loverly! And it is when he is at work does it click. Yep. Poor Trash... She got caught on fire anyway. Since Grim and Trash have such a good relationship... please make Grim's room nicer! I'm sure Trash would want him to have an awesome room. They are best friends and 100% in terms of relationship.
