I love it, it kinda blows me away that with such a new boat with only 100 hours someone could neglect it and just let it go, good for you fur saving it, she such a beautiful boat.

He didn’t really let it go, and the previous owner was maintaining it and put lots of bells and whistles on the boat. He listed it for sale and it sat all winter on the trailer here in FL and he lives in Alabama so the boat wasn’t really getting full attention as it sat. As a broker, I took the listing and it sold the next week so we wanted to make sure it was running well and cleaned up for the buyer.

It wasn't neglected. Saltwater is hell on a boat and there are a lot of little things that most people overlook. My personal boats are under constant maintenance. The biggest problem is that factory wireing isn't done the best it could be. Nylon terminal ends and exposed connections. Fine is fresh water but, they don't hold up to salt air much less saltwater. I plan on rewiring at least one of my boats this winter. I'm hoping to show what i do to prevent problems in the wiring then.

Why did you take the bearing buddies off and just put old fashion dust caps back on the wheels bearings?

Siren speaking- I believe it's because the bearing buddies don't push the grease to the backside of the bearings like they're supposed to. @haltarpley9237 can you answer?

Those weren't bearing buddies. They were dust caps with the rubber in the end. The regular dust cap was all I had. I ended up having to replace all the bearings and bought proper dust caps for them.

If you mean the decking, www.seadek.com is the most popular choice for that. I've never had it on any boat I've owned, or any boat I've worked on except this one, but it's pretty popular, and admittedly pretty nice on the feet. There are some knock-off companies as well. I know some will put it on your boat for you, and some you can order and do yourself.

Oh! I had to google "hydro turf". I see, it's another company like SeaDeck. Yeah I have no idea where to get it aside from just contacting their sales department [e-mail] or calling them. The contact info was on the bottom of the website.
