I like how this video has him with about 4 squires and other assistants to help put on his armor, which is a more accurate depiction of medieval knights than most supposedly serious 2-hour fantasy movies. (even though he's not a knight and has fairly minimal armor)

You see it was really amateur of him to not expect the professor to poison him. The real threat is if he pays off one of the squires to attack you after you have fended them off. Not to mention the pitfall trap that they usually have after you have successfully fended off the traitorous squire. Of course this not even the end there will be others who wish to take you down after the committee. You really have to keep defending your Thesis.

Yeah, my defense went about pretty much like that. Only in my country we defend the thesis on front of a panel of around 20-30 full-doctors and professors, to make it a little more fair.

I like how Studio C often manages to throw in a twist at the end of its sketches for extra effect. It's a contrast with the later-in-the-show SNL sketches, which often run out of gas near the end and just kind of fall apart. The half-hour running time of Studio C probably helps a lot. SNL is just too long for its own good. I don't know why it didn't drop the 90-minute format a long time ago.
