Selvagens mesmo são os americanos que se jogam sem ter assistência médica gratuita. No Brasil é tranquilo, caso você se machuque, vai ter uma ambulância grátis pra te levar ao hospital e você terá todo o atendimento de forma gratuita. Por isso é que temos vários atletas de destaque no cenário mundial. Mesmo caso do Japão. Só que no Japão as pistas são bem feitas e a educação esportiva é levada a sério, diferentemente do Brasil. Por isso a atual hegemonia japonesa no esporte e o atual declínio do skateboarding norte americano!

In Brazil it is quiet, if you get hurt, there will be a free ambulance to take you to the hospital and you will have all the care for free. That's why we have several prominent athletes on the world scenario. Even case of Japan. But in Japan the clues are well done and sports education is taken seriously, unlike Brazil.
