My PushPull wont allow me to do extrude the full shape up, or in fact any of the individual sections....

I made the staircase rise a component and did everything jst lke u said, bt when i used the push/pull in a single step it is not taking effect on the other stairs.. making me to edit each and every single step. So, how to make it happen?

Either the copies you made weren't components, or you didn't copy the component you created, but something else. Or you made them unique somehow

how do you "type times number"? like for example "*11" ? Because this isn't working

Start by double checking your sequence - Select your object, activate the rotate tool, set your base (center) point, click on your corner to start the rotation, tap the control key to turn on copy mode, click to set your new object, type in "*11", then hit the enter key. This should create 11 copies - are you missing or adding anything to this sequence?
