I would add a sound system speakers mounted in space under the seats.and a esky or fridge And a roll cage for spirited driving they would be right at home with the roll bar .and a cow horn for pickups and a little tree from supercheap for nice smells. lol.

If I were to apprentice for Redline Retirement Carts I'd suggest the following modifications: 1. A newspaper holder. 2. The glove box be lined with a table cloth and Tupperware containers for individually wrapped dry biscuits and barley sugar sweets. 3. A rear parcel shelf to store 6 x hats and a box of tissues. 4. Have the cart enclosed to protect passengers from inclement weather BUT roll down windows installed to allow passengers to protrude their clenched fists and shake them disapprovingly at youths. 5. Indicators that self cancel after 20 seconds. 6. A TURBO (of course)!

My pimped golf kart would themed like a classic woodie panel van. Complete with wood trim, wicker chairs, a surfboard for a roof and lemon squash holders. However it would be called "Woody" and have little picture of Woody's head on the cushions. for power it will have a supercharger bolted on for dat hella sick whine, but not plumbed to the intake. thus shall be outputting -8 HP so the passengers will have the Flintstone it everywhere. will probs need that OBD reader cause it will be breaking down so much

Al and Steve, I watch all your videos, I am a support worker for RSL Lifecare at Tea Gardens NSW. The residents and staff would go off on that buggy for getting to social events at their Clubhouse. It is a retirement village for elderly people. Even though I'd love to drive it, that won't happen. It would make an awesome video if they won the buggy for you to be here and give a "safety" briefing. It would increase the carrying capacity by 2 on their current cart and give the residents a real blast. Love your work 😊. Max Bowman

I think the first thing I’d do with that one is fit some roll bars, and then a big wing on top of the rearmost one of those. Gotta have the downforce to keep those drag radials planted with all of that power

Hey fellas, just a tip. When you are cutting aluminium with a cut off wheel, use a can of spray canola oil to minimise the dust coming off. Re apply as needed. Cheers Stan

I'm watching this at work....where I'm the Automotive teacher!! So I guess i'd use it to get my students to class on time😂. As for mods, we'll use the Toyota 4V-U I bought into class (small & light), add a suitable roof (cause no Hat, no Play) and remote door openers to enter and exit the corridors between buildings in record time!!👍

I would be thinking about rollover protection with a huge wing type roof/sunshade device. Also a engine swap to a 500cc ish size motorbike engine of some type. They will mount up to the torque converter style transmission. Have done that in a long distant past. 12 volt frodge under the drivers seat for cold beverages would not go astray either. Love the supercheap builds. Epic videos guys! Keep up the most excellent work! 😊

I reckon this would be good at my local rallycross racetrack where we have to walk around a lot. Slip a small rotary in it, but keep the power low and the noise up and a maybe a ambulance style bed for a rest or emergency, tool box and tow rope to bring broken down cars into the pits. And a stereo!!!

Retrofit the roof again to maintain sun safeTee when I patrol the campsite. And to ensure the height from the seats weren't too high from the ground, airbags would need to be installed as well.

We put a Harbor Freight 670cc twin in a lifted ez-go Harley edition cart. 67mph with 4 big blokes in it. Really safe, didn't feel sketchy at all. (Please read major sarcasm in previous statement). Also put a 670cc in a Kubota mower, nuts.

This is not the build I thought would be the one where I finally have a specific vehicle in common with you guys! I used to work at Club Car Golf Cars in Sydney😁 this brings back some cool memories!! Those "big block" 350s ones go well enough to have fun, especially in a shorter wheel base "greens keeping ute" version.😅🤘 PS..... there's a throttle restrictor that'll give you 1 or 2 extra Lama Powers, if you "modify" it!🤘

This thing wouldn't even run if you took the airbox hose off. We rejetted it so the turbo wasn't cooking it was so lean. Jet Drills from Matt's Dad Dave.

If I had a six seater buggy. One seat would be for the Esky filled with lemon squash, and I would cruise around with the boys, making sure everyone stays hydrated. For example, if we go to a camping out woop woop, I could deliver the boys to the relaxing creek or nice view and share the goods.

If I had a 6 seat Club Car/Golf Cart I'd install a 1000cc Kawasaki motor bike engine and trans and a turbo for sure, wheelie bars, big wang and racing slicks on the rear lower the stance hold on for dear life and enjoy. .....Love the build, the turbo sound is great.

If I had a 6 seater golf buggy, I'd need to put a big lift and maybe a functional turbo so I could take the local old folk to do a little sight seeing here in central Australia, because we need to get tup to highway speeds and probably 4wd tracks to get to the good stuff, but also we have a real grass golf course so it would have to have the biggest lawn tractor tyres I could fit so it didn't tear up the fairway.

i worked on these for about 10 years at my last job, if the combustion chamber carbons up and you get the engine hot enough they will actually pull up to a stop then they will accelerate BACKWARDS ! the engines will run in reverse under the right conditions !
