@@msfeistyman- I’m not sure about the couple on the video. But my daughter have PCOS. She loss a bunch of weight and about 6 months later she got pregnant. Now she got 2 beautiful babies. She didn’t go in any other treatments but loosing the extra weight. It helped a lot of her symptoms.

My cousins were having fertility issues and once they got serious about losing weight, they both conceived and carried successfully. It’s a journey but their prayers were answered through consistency and dedication. Spiritually and physically. The babies were born 3 years a part. They weren’t pregnant at the same time.

A lot of women suffer from PCOS, which makes it harder to lose weight but once you do it balances out your hormones and increases your chances of conceiving.

Yup!!! I’ve been overweight since I was 10 and had all symptoms of someone suffering from PCOS, but it was never diagnosed. My facial hair grows like crazy, I put on weight very easily and it’s almost impossible to lose any. The list goes on and on. They gave me metformin just cuz I was fat and it did not help with my mental health. I always thought I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant but I actually did and expecting a baby rn. I happened to lose weight when I started intermittent fasting. I cut down on dairy products, meat and poultry. The hormones in chicken just worsens everything. It’s not hard to lose weight, it simply requires consistency and loving yourself enough to know you want to be in a better health. Exercising can literally change your life. I also used to drink spearmint tea twice a day, and just do yoga to release everything that was blocked in my body. It’s hard on us fat people but we gotta make changes for ourselves cuz no one will.

@@shroff3417 Wow that’s awesome and although I don’t know you, I’m proud of you! I applaud you for your determination. I’m happy you found what works for you. Congrats on your success to motherhood! For my cousins, their journeys were SO different than each other’s. And because it was a lot of trial and error, they were on different timelines and reached milestones separately despite starting to get serious about it together. Consistency is one of the hardest skills to learn and apply to any area in life.

They absolutely balance each other out. She is like my mom and worries so much, even about things she can’t control, but he keeps her going and gives her that space to feel all the pain and anger, but takes her out of it quite quickly. They have been through so much, to experience happiness and laughs is special, but to also be there when the party dies down and true sorrow or what have you occurs is even more special. They are absolutely beautiful and love is something that you can feel through the screens.
