Lauren nailed it with instead of drinking/doing drugs people allow that same obsessive behavior in diets. Balance isn’t sexy. Olivia nailed that.

I love organic Olivia! Been following her for years her story and what she had to go through during the pandemic with her parents really had stuck with me! Her work and strength and dedication to helping fight for her moms life essentially during that time wow! Favorite part of the interview was really hearing her first non negotiable drink concoction!!! Need to try that for me and my kids! ❤please have her on again !!!!! So amazing!!!

Okay THANK YOU SO MUCH for mentioning the medical medium diet. I have heard his info recommended by so many influencers and experts I follow and it never sat right with me. But I never heard anyone say it doesn’t work so I almost tried it so many times. I know nobody wants to call people out or bash them, but it’s important to share what doesn’t work so when people like me are researching we can make a more informed decision. So appreciate this! ❤

I've been doing following a lot of the Medical Medium recommendations for about 6 years, and I feel amazing when I am following that diet. I have been slacking lately and eating gluten and dairy, and now I need a nap again, and the brain fog is back. Medical Medium was a game changer for me. Just my experience.

First of all, Olivia ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS has looked amazing! Him making that comment “taking financial advice from a poor person” doesn’t even equate to this situation. She has always looked healthy, even if she didnt feel healthy or if she wasn’t actually healthy. His comment was not relevant, and it was rude for no reason

Got so much from the warmth segment!! And the addiction to cold turkey sobriety and diet routine to changing the brain. Yeah, definitely brings up a lot of trauma grief! Amazing work with this woman! Everyone you interview is very empowered at a certain level. It's fun to see the vibrational matches!

Finding this podcast with Olivia was a huge synchronicity for me🙏 I have been experiencing soo many of the symptoms you talked about (hair shedding/thinning, chin hair growth, difficulty losing fat..) and have been overwhelmed with how to figure out what my body needs right now. Listened to the whole thing straight through, great questions and clear answers, thank you SO MUCH!! (And the bonus was following Olivia on Instagram and watching her last post.. I needed to hear her message today🥲 much love and gratitude to all of you!)

New to the podcast and never heard of Olivia but LOVED it. She is so balanced and well spoken. Totally agree stretching is one of my non negotiables. Its soo great. I completely disagree on cold though. Cold therapy really helps with my inflammation.

You can get protein from legumes, tofu, tempeh and beans which are plant based and don't have all the cholesterol and added hormones that a lot of meat products have. Such a myth that you need to introduce animal products in your diet for adequate protein!

Lot's of people (including myself) have problems digesting these foods. Beans and legumes are definitely something that I just can't stomach and it gives me bloating if I eat too much. When I eat for example a chicken breast I feel amazing. Too long I have listened to what others had to say about what was right for my body. So it isn't a "myth" for a lot of people. What is a myth is the 'cholesterol is bad for you' and that all meat has added hormones. That is just not true.

Beans for protein Is new age ignorance.

1 gram of protein per target body weight…. It nearly impossible to get that much from plants on daily basis.

I got destroyed by medical medium protocols - I was vegan for 3.5 years and mostly raw. Medical medium recommends to cut out fats and salt and eat a ton of fruit only smoothies - dude put me in a pre diabetic state with that nonsense.
