When i lay down at night its like my brain dont know how to sleep its like my mind is waiting to fall asleep? Its like im always hyper aware! I need your help please!

I lay in bed with positive thoughts still cant sleep. I am not anxious Does thinking even positive thoughts can cause insonomia?

its probably because you are thinking and hyperarousal has made it into your body. try focusing on your breath until you fall asleep

It depends on your motive right? If you’re doing it with an attachment to it producing sleep that is a form of trying to control the uncontrollable which leads only to suffering.
