Just so you know... if you don't want a chrome socket to blow up in your face.... use impact sockets on impact tools. They're softer so they absorb more of the vibrations where as chrome ones are harder making them brittle. it will literally blow up in your face.

Alex MOrrill yea man, the impact sockets are to thick, they don’t fit in the rim holes, i just use it to zip them on, i tighten by hand after, especially big wheels, i want to feel it tighten....if that makes sence

Not true, disproven theory on the hardness factor. The thicker impact socket will do a better job at impacting though. Thicker + heavier = more ftlb with less wasted energy

Are used a floor jack to push up, and a mini sledge hammer to push down and tell you can start the tapered bolt. It can be a little bit of a pain in the ass, maybe use a little WD-40 to get the strut to slide over the spindle.
