Jarius is a great actor. Can't wait to see him in season 4.

Very interesting video. Wow, didn't realize how complex these scenes and characters are written. Reminds me of the Bible, which is the most complex book and yet can be understood by the most simplest person. And when our eyes are closed and are not led by the holy spirit, we tend to miss very important layers of detail that God has placed into stories, paragraphs, sentences and even word's, names and punctuations. Truly, fascinating.

That's the problem: it is not so easy to understand. As Peter said in his second letter: " As also in all his [Paul's] epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction." 2 Peter 3:16

I love the round table sessions, very informative. I don't know how Dallas and his wife does it, but they have chosen the perfect actors and actress for every episode. Incredible show

I’m of the belief that God opens people’s hearts and understanding when it comes to the Bible. If God doesn’t help you and open your heart and help you truly understand the Bible, then you’ll definitely remain an atheist, even after you have read it multiple times

I wonder what these Biblical scholars would think about the pridevflag on the set of the chosen. Would they reprimand dallas?
@NESShadows Жыл бұрын
It was one crewmate’s mini flag on their own equipment, The Chosen didn’t specifically endorse it

Candace Owens just did a very good commentary on this. Dallas also did a video talking about this. I recommend watching those before jumping to conclusions.

I would prefer that the Roman Catholic was not in the roundtable. He is no better than a Mormon or Jehovah Witness. Raised Catholic, we were not allowed to read the Bible.

I’m not Catholic anymore either but was never told we are not allowed to read the Bible???

Catholicism is the largest denomination of Christianity. It would be difficult not to include them as an insight. Dallas has to thread the needle with many different views and interpretations of Biblical theology.

During my rebellious teens, I asked for a new translation of the Bible for my birthday. My Mom asked the Priest, who told her that I'd not understand it, but it was okay. My parents ended up being saved. (Oh, btw, I got interested because a Jehovah's Witness gave me a book with a fill-in-the-blank thing, with Bible verses that pointed to where the answers were found. I KNEW I didn't want to be a JW when I heard that only 144,000 would be saved. I knew It had to be more. But that was the beginning.)

I'm a Catholic, and I've read the Bible all my life. It was even my grandfather's present on my Confirmation day.
