So glad that Katie at Royalty Soaps told me about your channel!!

Joanna, I just love you! Thank you SO much for sharing your recipe, because I've heard from another soaper that it is "rude" to ask for someone's recipe, so for you to offer yours is just, to me, very gracious of you. I am just getting started, and I absolutely LOVE making soap, so I am THRILLED that I found you, and Katie from Royalty Soaps, because you actually WANT to help us "newbies" to the point of becoming the best, like you! Thanks for ALL you are doing in the soap making community...you rock. :-)

Thank you for doing these videos. Most soap makers do not show a large scale production such as yours and it is much appreciated. I will soon be at the point where I have no choice but to scale up to the size of your production and these videos are really helpful.

I'm still relatively new to soap making so I drink up every bite of advice I can find. You have a giving spirit, which I love in soap makers. Like Katie said, 'Shed loves to share information! Absolutely great instruction. Can I ask, how do you keep the fresh goats milk from overheating (turns orange and smells like ammonia)? I see so many using powdered goats milk.
@TheSoapGal Жыл бұрын
Using a 50/50 lye solution helps keep the temperature lower for your lye so it's not scalding when you add the goats milk. You can reference my base recipe on makesy.com here! makesy.com/blogs/news/how-to-make-cold-process-soap

@TheSoapGal6 жыл бұрын
That is a great question. I take confidentiality very seriously. I have many private label customers that are anonymous. It is the highest compliment that a client would choose me to produce a product for their brand. Anything that I say on KZbin or Facebook is done after I receive permission from the customer or supplier. Once I am hired, I work for the company that hired me. Anything of a confidential nature can be emailed to me at hello@thesoapgal.com. Thank you
