as a “at home studio creator” this helps SO much. i use garageband ios but the principles of this video still apply to ios users. ios users don’t have all the bands for the EQ but we have bass mid and treble which by following your EQ it still works so good and makes the vocals sound very clean and professional. thank you so much for your time and help!!!

I came here to learn about editing for podcast and I must say I had to leave a review. Your tutorial was thorough and very easy to follow. I'm also a Reggae/dancehall artist and is always looking for ways to record and mix some easy jingles and dubs. This was helpful. Thank you.

Thank you. I have been dabbling in Garage Band with instruments and was starting to think about vocals. This vid is exactly what I needed. Really great the way it 'drills down' from the actual recording to the microscopic changes possible in GB, but without too much jargon. Great stuff!!

You made this so incredibly easy, I could cry.. I just became an official tiktok artist and I have a bit of a global fanbase thanks to Spotify/iTunes, etc but I've always felt my mixes were missing something and I don't want to let my listeners down. Especially since I should be growing as an artist with quality music, not downgrading or remaining stagnant. Now I understand what the problem is. Im going to watch more of your videos but first. It is 9am. I have had zero hrs of sleep trying to figure out this new track but I am going to try all of this out right now. I knew a few things but never really understood the ins and outs and Im super impatient because my ADHD makes it hard to focus for a long period of time and when reading books, I tend to get sleepy within the first few mins. It's not good. I know. Im working on it xD.. This was super informative and I love how you are so chill and not overly pushy or intimidating about it. I will come back with an updated review! THANK YOU SO MUCH

This is amazing 🙏 one question that’s been getting to me a lot, how does one get rid of ‘background noise/white noise’ while recording? Is there like a plug-in or anything I can use to stop these noises as their so awful?!
@TheresaTV1
@TheresaTV1 3 жыл бұрын
If your mic is picking up background noise, you probably need to buy a foam mic shield (a semi-circle that attaches to the mic stand) to block those sounds out. Or find a quieter room to record in.
