Stop funding any immigration lawyer who uses the ECHR on the public purse, stop the gravy train of people abusing the legal system to prevent deportation of illegal immigrants. The human rights act that blair bought into the country on top of the ECHR means that people can challenge the govt decisions if they feel it affects their human rights which is such a grey area and is why blair enacted this law as it assisted his wife who was one of the main immigration lawyers in the country at the time and made her a fortune along with others. Two tier was also one. It is some thing the tories said they would remove so they could get the numbers down to the 10's of thousands but instead went the other way.

That was disappointing. The non-Crime Hate Incident legislation was passed by Conservatives, why wasn't it dealt with and amended while they were still in office? There was hardly any legislation passed or amended during Rishi's leadership. And I'm really not sure saying 'I'd vote for Trump' will earn much support or respect - he remains deeply unpopular in the UK (across all parties) and is likely to become more so once in office and causing issues with free trade. I don't understand why students were included in the immigration figures, they aren't here as immigrants, they are here to study and then leave. Fair enough if they stay on after, then add them. As for trying to amend UN treaties that just sounds deeply unserious.
