At 3:02 , clutch pivot bolt is moving with the clutch lever. Tight them up properly and also lubricate the lever's pivot bolt with grease.

I have a Pulsar rs 200 and I just had my clutch plates changed one day ago and without changing the old clutch basket , I'm feeling a little back and forth like rocking like the clutch is dis engaging and engaging feeling when I release the clutch , the mechanic is saying that it is normal on new clutch, SO IS IT NORMAL ,. I am only feeling this back and forth motion when I release the clutch not when I am riding the bike so ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS

In RTR 4v the wireing towards headlight to tank gap worst for me few wires are cut while turn bike the wire strech and loose on other side turn. I noticed wire cut I can join and slive but last time trip to 3 days to long more than 800 km in last day the battery dry and RR unit also gone due to wire touch in body the work St day in my life because it's Sunday Eve no help in tollgate I driven 250 km to home by 30-40km speed as my wife as pillion

Bro how to dispose of the used engine oil from the bike as it is hazardous and we can't just throw it out.

Glad to have concerned enthusiasts like you on the channel. I personally have a 5L can where I collect the used oil. Once it is full I give to a nearby authorized service. They further have waste disposal protocols where mostly the used oil is sold to furnace oil companies or construction companies.

Which one is good for chain lube engine oil, gear oil or chain lube for any bike according to you.

I will prefer chain lube for the non-messy and longer application interval. Gear oil can be an alternative.

so a lot of people are installing the 2004v adjustable brake levers on their 1604v and 1602v , however i cant find the damn ajustable lever ! , their is a whole assembly for 1k but me living in delhi means that a lot of times people drop my bike literally standing on double stand , braking the levers so installing levers worth 1k every time will be worthless for me .. sad..
