Great video on Being a carer. At our law firm we have done over 100 videos to help kids with aging parents get advice from a legal standpoint. Would be great to collaborate on a future video.

Its amazing how many people forget to assist their aging parents. We often get calls from kids who have aging parents in another state and need our help to get them Medicaid assitance. Often they end up paying out of pocket because Medicaid refuses to pay because the parents have assets. So either they have to sell all their assets, which takes time. Or they have to pay monthly, often $2,000 -$5000 per month.
