The thing I miss the most about the old series was that most amazing plastic/chemical smell that came out the bags when you opened them. Better than spray paint, better than sharpie, better than dracoir noir, that wonderful plastic chemical bag smell.

I remember opening my first megabloks blind bag series 1 and getting the ultra rare green elite with energy sword and pink hayabusa spartan with beam rifle

Man I remember getting 3 series 5 packs from some guy at a comic con a few years after it got discontinued, probably during series 7 or 8 era. Anyway, dudes selling them for $5 each and I get them hoping for the flood elite and pink air assault. After getting TWO green mark Vs and being mad I opened the last one and to my dismay it was the blue ac mark V. One of the greatest moments collecting mega bloks. I cherish that figure to this day.

I really miss the Mega Bloks blind bags. I'm so nostalgic for series 3,4,6, and 7, I got most of each of those series. BTW 5 would be on the list, but my stores would never sell them. It was either series 4 or 6 for some reason. Great video!

I remember I got the first green elite with sword. It was from toys R us. Sadly lost all my mini figs and sets about three years ago when I moved and left for basic training. I now have recently bought new sets and am looking forward to the new mystery bags

The first blind bag figure i got was the green series 1 elite, and the most rare i own is a sealed series 1 blue hayabusa.

I got the series one green elite (only green elite they made if not mistaken) as for the blue hayabusa I didn't get that figure which is a shame because I have every hayabusa colour except the blue one, but I have five or six pink ones.

Technically that's not true. The new joints replaced most ball joints, and armor customization was there, but it replaced whole parts, not like how we have now
