Rohan Hosmani in the West, especially England, they have whistling tea kettles you add water to. When the water boils, the kettle whistles so you can hear that it's ready. He's saying she's a kettle that whistles (her squeaky voice) even though she's empty inside.

"Empty inside" has a double meaning. A tea kettle that's empty inside has no water and can't whistle since it can't produce steam. If a person is empty inside that means they have no soul. People in movies will sometimes say "I feel empty inside," after a loved one dies, or whatever, which basically alludes to the psychological condition of flat affect, meaning no emtions.

That impersonation was scary. I looked away for that moment and thought that it was Christi speaking. One of the best roasts here. Her own jokes and delivery are usually very good as well. But she has great energy on stage even when she is being roasted. And I've noticed this in several other comedians as well, who make roasts with them better. So, when she is with somebody like Evan, who has good stage presence and personality on his own and is killing it, she further amplifies his performance with her personality, energy and reactions.

I'll remember him every time I take a shot of Even Williams bourbon, and forget'em as fast. Cheers, really good roast. I agree with the judges who said Chiello is way more distinctive and memorable. And her writing is usually sharper. She just needs to work on the delivery--confidence-wise--not the pacing, which is uniquely hers. She's always tripping up on the follow-through.
