Anyone with a dash works very well. Couple it with a high sensitivity and a block breaking one like Yoda's, and you have basically just got to do some good stuff. Recently, I have been dashing into then as Yoda, dodging back twice, then hitting them with the dash again

I feel like it just really depends who you main on each side. I feel most comfortable hook swinging as Obi-Wan on the light side and Dooku on the dark side

Kylo has a combo that’s so good! Freeze then run away and jump, turn around just right and pull them. While they are in the air you can activate frenzy and hit them with all three attacks most of the time it’s so satisfying!

Attraction is a must, Raw Strength is good and I use Steamroll, I'd recommend Tenacious over Steamroll if you're less experienced. Massive Strikes can be good but Anakin's stamina is not the best and I prefer not to use it.

As a fun fact. You can do a super safe version of the hook swing by using any character that has a dash ability(ex maul or luke) all you have to do is dash behind them and use said ability. It deals the dashes damage which might be lower then normal but still. Also you can angle said dashes to go thru blocks by making it just barely in range

Hook swings are very hard to master... but also very fun to perform. Also would getting battlefront 2 on PlayStation be worth it? It seems that you find better matches on PS (from what I can tell) but I already have it on X-Box and PC. :)

How in the world do you play hvv and not experience glitches. Like with maul I’ll use my spin attach and get hit in the middle of hit. I’ll jump and my hit box will still be on the ground for some reason and I’ll day when I’m half way in the air. Some reason dodges don’t work I spam the b button on Xbox but I can’t get it do dodge sometimes. I thought it was just the game but after watching u play I don’t understand how mine is so messed up. Any ideas?

Input timing is very important in battlefront 2. I'm sure you've noticed there is a bit of a delay in this game. You hit a button and your character will do the command a half second later. You really have to be thinking 4-5 moves ahead to make sure you don't fall behind. Example: if you jump away, but your opponent pressed the attack button while you were in range, you'll still get hit even if you're 20 feet in the air

Gotta get lucky in Hero Showdown or try to matchmake with 3 other friends. Best way to "ask" for a 1vs1 against random players is by emoting and spamming the block button. If they do the same you'll know they want to duel

I've got mine around 80. When using light saber Heroes you should also raise the zoomed sensitivity. I believe that helps you turn quicker while blocking.

Mate when you play as Anakin and you manage to pull your enemy wait till he hits the ground then use Heroic might that way he’ll get a double knock down and you can follow up with a hit that deals good damage, try not to waste your abilities ☺️
