I don't think you mentioned it, but it was very evident throughout the video, that the Section 10 area, because it's 'established' without HOAs allows that level of personalization and customization that made this home so unique. Moving in, you have a great idea what's around you already. No waiting to see what the new neighbors are GOING to build, but the actual reality of what's there and what can either fit in perfectly or stand out in the neighborhood. That home, as most others have said, is amazing and the owners used the size and space they had so perfectly that I don't know if anyone can improve what's there.
