Okay, so $800,000. A few years back, it would have been $450K. Say seller reduces the price to $550K ot $600K. Then you still have the high condo fee and taxes to contend with. BTW? Cameraman was so ON POINT as he panned to the features regarding exactly to what you are talking about, other content providers totally/completely fail in this regard, their cameraman only focuses ON THEM talking, missing out on 95+% of the tours/videos mission/purpose. The price is a steal, the HOA for me though is dangerous in the sense that it could in the coming years EASILY start to creep up to $2k, $3k, $5K and beyond. All it would take is one or a few loud mouth, overbearing, power and control freak, NARCISSISTIC (I AM GOD!!!) board members and the place is basically burnt toast after that. Removing such people is not an option, they cement themselves into those positions using reinforced concrete. Others are too afraid or too naive to see what is actually happening and by then it is far too late. The place is VERY NICE though and makes buying a stand alone house almost questionable.
@TheStarkTeamRealEstate10 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for watching and your feedback! The cameraman is my husband (also licensed realtor) and we try to showcase the property while still keeping engaged with the audience - which is not always easy, so much appreciated. From what I understand, the latest board member president is an accountant and the building is well funded and well managed. Rising costs of everything have made HOA dues across the board go up, but you are right - some of these board members are TOO into their "power trip". It is a bargain at this new improved price and I expect it to sell quickly now. Happy New Year!
