I don't think Luke would hold dark desires towards the tuskens. Luke was portrayed as someone who was basically incapable of holding a grudge no matter what he experienced. He was all of the good of Anakin with none of the obsessiveness and darkness. It's funny. Anakin failed so badly as the Chosen One that the Force had to make a replacement to do his job for him. Given how things ended, perhaps that means Anakin even surprised the Force itself with his destruction of Sidious.

You know, Tatooine might actually be a good place to train Jedi. Due to how almost lifeless it is and the strict self-control and discipline needed to survive out there. The former would keep life energy/Living Force from distracting newbies and the latter would reinforce their more mundane training and use of the Force to guide them and their trust in it by dent of necessity. Naboo would be good for continuing their training afterward for the other side of the coin.

I know this may seem a tiny bit of a copycat of this one, though it could have a darker tone. What if when Alederan was destroyed, Leia unwittingly tapped into the Dark Side of the Force, killing Tarkin and several others and revealing herself to Vader as his daughter? I mean, maybe the Force doesn't burst out of someone when they're angry enough, like magic does in Harry Potter, but if it COULD happen, I'd say it's plausible it could happen to someone witnessing the genocide of their entire homeworld and someone who happens to be from the Skywalker bloodline. So, in a sense, what if Leia hit her full potential in ANH? Granted, the one thing that, so far, works out in Obi wan's favor, is that here, Anakin would think that he had had only ONE child that survived, and that it was Leia. Hence Luke wouldn't be on his radar till later. OF course, with this setting up a confrontation, possibly, with Luke and Obi-wan vs. Vader and Leia kind of early on, as the Alliance would need to stop that Death Star, Luke and Keoobi might be outmatched here (not that they can't lose in the end, it's just that it shouldn't be THAT easy for them to lose so quickly.)

Luke should had mention to Vader that he'll tell his sister Leia that Anakin returned back to the light side&sacrificed himself to kill the Emperor. If you go by Legends, Luke's most powerful force techniques from the comics&novels, the most novel powers is Shatter Point, Emerald Lightning, Force Transport, and Battle Meditation. A good example for Shatter Point is dropping the torpedoes into the DeathStar's exhaust port. Emerald Lightning has more direction to home in on its target bypassing shields while regular lightning has no direction&can be blocked. Battle Meditation but typically it's with another Jedi for Luke but this is Jaina Solo's specialty.
