You mentioned it would be hard to scale since only one bundt pan fits in the oven. If you ever want to make several at a time, you can split one cake recipe into several loaf pans. Pound cakes work great in loaf pans.

Im diabetic so I have to eat to make sure my blood sugar is regulated but. I try to make sure I had a healthy meal before I start baking it gives me energy. Then as the day goes on I will have a snack like fruit or nuts to keep me going. A tip to try is if you butter the pan and then coat it with white sugar it comes out clean every time and gives an awesome crust. Thanks for sharing.

I honestly can never tell when a batter is over, under or just rightly baked. It’s a guessing game sorta even though I did do a culinary/baking class. I just go with what I think is right. For bake days, I tend to not eat or drink water really too. I’m just too focused and in the moment to do anything else.
