could it be that the problem with the countach is related to the carburetor? being that the carburation level was set at a lower altitude maybe in utah the engine has to get a different fuel- air mixture. it's just a suggestion, hope it helps

I just barely went to Italy and did the factory tour at Lamborghini. The ticket said that we would tour the Urus assembly line, but when I got there they told us we would be one of the first tour groups to see the Revuelto production line. It was sooo cool! I couldn't take pictures, but the car is amazing. There where about 5 cars in various stages of production and 2 were complete. I saw one driving to the quality control line before it would then go for the 50km test drive.

probably fuel filters after the restoration, there can be crap in the tank, the lines the pump etc and then the filter sucks it up under load it hard to maintain speed when you turn it off and restart it starts becUse it can prime and run with no load since its not needing the same demand of fuel as when driving under load
