Rich folks want peace and quiet. They deal with enough stress in their own careers and daily lives. The last thing they want to come home to is constant haulers on their cul-de-sac, high revving engines and constant crews. These people paid multi-millions for their homes and Strad is VERY close to them. This probably wasn't the smartest land choice for Strad, but whatever gets the views. I guarantee not one neighbor is appreciating him. They receive zero benefit from constant lookie loos and attention on their street.
