You have a big enough yard that you may want to consider other options besides grass (at least not 100% grass). The time is now to get some shade trees planted around the property which will help any grass you do plant, and hopefully will help your home in the summer depending what you plant and where. However, you'll be looking at least a decade before you really start to enjoy benefits of shade, and probably more like 20 years before you're reaping the full potential.

@@kennedymutinda4806he’s going to need to put sod down on a lot of the property if he wants grass. Just seeding the ground wouldn’t work very well or effectively because it can get blown or washed away. I would also assume the ground is quite solid making it harder for the seeds to actually get rooted. To just seed you need soft dirt and some protection. If he were to just seed he would probably need to till the whole property, seed, cover with heavy straw or a tarp, and then overseed once the first pass starts growing in.

I don’t know man, what he did to Luke was pretty effed up. Granted we don’t and probably will never know what truly happened, but I must say… I’ve always had the feeling that James puts up a front for the camera and it’s not as genuine as he portrays to be in his videos. I don’t know why, I mean I kinda know, if you watch videos on other accounts that James is in, you can clearly see he’s kind of a douche, his body language, the way he talks to people and just the way he carries himself tells me he’s not as happy go lucky as he shows to be in his videos. Could I be wrong? Absolutely. Do I think I’m wrong? Well I’m not 100% sure but if you know anything about psychology you can come to this conclusion.

Ford gt strads biggest car fail he sold fail in itself especially seeing how value went up 200 to 400k since he bought his and sold it instantly. oh definitely because 05 06 . She major money. Daddy doug still wont part with his and now has Porsche CGT. Plus for strad Ford gt was a Huge content grabber especially since all he does is records video of driving dowm the street and bCk now. But huge content was possible vecause ford gt had forever been cheapest supercar to maintain and make big power. plus holds huge records for standing 1/2 and standing mile records of 300+mph with street legal car which Bugatti,SSC etc etc cant do with modified 4million dollar versions of their cars!!
