There’s a reason these continue to sell fairly well… simple, good looking luxury. Not everyone wants all the complicated tech that most of their competition has. I know the majority of people here won’t understand that, but there’s still a crowd out there that’s not as tech savvy as most of us. And the Land Cruiser and Patrol have always had really long product life cycles and the current LX is just as old, if not older. But I don’t see a problem with either 🤷🏾♂️. Also it does share pretty much the same interior with the Armada, but the materials and quality are really good so it’s not like the QX80 feels cheap. It actually seems the Patrol/QX80/Armada was designed as an Infiniti first, interior design language wise. Point is, it’s good for what it is and Infiniti has an audience for the QX80 despite its age. Can’t wait to see what the new one looks like based on how nice the interior of the new QX60 is.

Had one of these for a few days a few years ago. Always wanted to drive one, until I did. Doesn’t Tahoe compete with Armada? Although it hasn’t evolved much since the 60’s it’s still a good looking vehicle. Side & front 3/4 profiles are the best. Steering is WAY too light. It doesn’t communicate well at all. That motor is strong and the towing capacity is commendable. The space utilization is poor. The amount of usable space on the inside is shocking based on the size of the exterior of the vehicle. I disagree with Yuri. All of the seats should be usable when you buy a largish vehicle like this. You basically have 4 usable seats in a giant looking suv. You may as well have a Sorrento type vehicle. In the one that I drove the front seats provided almost 0 support 👎. So glad to see they updated the infotainment. Jakub did you just agree when he said completely comfortable in every single row? Soooooo the top of the line Infinity has a worse lane keep system than the Rogue??? It’s a no for me. Loved that you did this video, I don't see enough of the QX80 reviews to get my craving for watching reviews on cars. Though I can't wait to see you @yuri @jakub do a video on the 2021 Nissan Maxima 40th Anniversary Edition... I own it and wish I could loan it you both for the review, but I'm in Chicago!! Ahhh, do a video on the Maxima!!!

Not sure about all the comments VERY RELIABLE! I would never buy one without bumper to bumper coverage…..never. One computer in these it’s 3000.00 before labor. Plenty of electrical issues as they aged. Gas wise, it’s a crime to drive it. Comfortable, yes and very. Insurance on it, ooooooh boy. I would buy a Lexus instead.

This thing is bigger than it looks. I was driving a Mercedes GL suv on the highway and one of these pulled next to me and they made me feel short and small compared to them.

a BIG part of why I buy a car is the sound system, you guys should do a 20 second car stereo review of EVERY car.. Treble bass (weak or pounding) overall surround sound quality etc.. My Merc burmister is WAY better than my bose in my Q70

The wheels look like they suit the rest of the vehicle. Honestly, I'm pretty sick of oversized wheels on normal vehicles. They're very heavy, easy to bend hitting a pothole and insanely expensive. Fitting giant brakes is the only time huge wheels are really necessary. No regular car needs giant wagon wheels on it. It literally makes everything about owning the vehicle worse, maybe save for steering response and appearance.
