Russian cuisine is YUM! 😊 Have you ever tried it? If yes, what dishes you liked? If no, do you want to try?

I watched this many times and kept a list of restaurants you featured. I spent 2 days in Moscow on Sep 7-8. Unfortunately it was Moscow's 872nd birthday and the city center and restaurants were overwhelmed with big crowds. I was able to eat at Teremok on Nikolskaya. Had Bliny, Borscht, Syrniki. Loved them all.
@theStyleJungle5 жыл бұрын
Oh wow, I guess it was quite beautiful for Moscow's birthday but definitely not the best time for exploring the restaurants... I'm glad you liked Teremok! I hope you'll have an opportunity to try some more food next time! How was your trip to Moscow overall? What are the emotions?
@jzalvidea5 жыл бұрын
@@theStyleJungle I loved Moscow! I spent an equal amount of time at the best looking Metro stations aside from Red Square. I only had 1 full day and 2 nights. You can see my pics on FB (James Zalvidea). Would love to come back again with some friends and buy more souvenirs.

I was initially very intimidated upon arrival at airport because it seemed to have less English signs than any European cities I visited. Took bus to nearest metro. Even though people I asked for help didn't speak English, they were very kind and helpful as they pointed and even walked me to right direction.
@theStyleJungle5 жыл бұрын
It can definitely be a little bit overwhelming with the amount of Russian signs everywhere. It feels like it's getting better but still lots of work to do in that department... I'm glad you liked your visit and I hope you'll have more positive emotions next time! I'm going to check your pics on FB right now 😊

Hi Olga! Great idea, we'll see what we can share about this topic. We think there are some general questions about restaurants in Russia including reservation, tips, English menus and so on that need to be covered. What do you reckon?

@@theStyleJungle -- I posted the English spelling of these words because I thought that people might be interested in making these dishes and thus might look for recipes. BTW, I very much enjoyed your tour of Russian restaurants. You are a charming young lady, and frankly I was jealous of the young man who shared your table and your company. :)

@theStyleJungle5 жыл бұрын
Hi there! It's not necessary but I would recommend doing it. Most of the time it's quite busy over there When in Moscow, call the restaurant or ask someone from the hotel you're staying to book you in. Staff there speak English really well, so there shouldn't be any problems 🙂
