A lot of these guys have side jobs though.. Would you claim they're not proper workplaces? I get your point though. They should have higher individual standards. Their job from the outside look bears a tricky burden so it's only natural to relieve stress by finding "amusing" areas inside their work. It sounds like a lot of banter, but the video proportion is hugely small compared to the real amount.

Michael Martin was very meek and not very effective. Bernard Weatherill seemed competent but boring. He was the last speaker to wear the traditional wig.
